How would mentorship help?

Andrea is here for you

  • Offer hope and connection for those who feel isolated in their struggles.
  • Provide real support—not just through stories, but through tangible efforts and connection to mothers who have children with cancer in Room 1 on Zoom and the Gold Ribbon Mom Mentoring Group.  Also,The Courage Bear Project which brings honor, comfort and dynamic educational services to children fighting cancer.
  • Educate and advocate for more awareness and resources for childhood cancer including the need to fund additional state of the art laboratory infrastructures, support professional training to lead a knowledgeable medical workforce to increase access to all hospital systems. Advocate on local, state, and federal level to use government subsidized funding for the widespread affordability of cell and gene therapies for all children with childhood leukemia and other cancers. It is our hope that survival rate will increase or remain the same, but the duration of treatment protocol decreases using cell and gene therapy.
  • Build a community where parents and caregivers can share, heal, and uplift each other.

At the heart of it all, my mission is simple: No one should have to walk this path alone. If I can help even one mother feel seen, one family feel supported, or one child feel just a little less afraid, then every word, every effort, and every story shared will have been worth it.
